Return Merchandise Policy All return merchandise must be brand new in original packaging. (Return Authorization Number) is required before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. All authorized returned goods must be sent freight prepaid to eyeBrazil International Trading Company in Brazil. Only merchandise carried in our current stock inventory will be authorized and accepted.
Minimum Order All item are required to be at a minimum of $2,000.00 ea. excluding shipping charges.
Payment Terms 30% deposit, Balance by L/C at sign.
Shipping Error, Shortage, or Damage All shipments are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse supplier. Each order will be handled at least by three of our workers. Any claims for errors, shortages, or damage must be made within 30 days of receipt. Failure to make such claim constitutes full acceptance. All damage claims should be made directly to the carrier by the consignee. When damage occurs, consignee must retain all damaged boxes and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. No deduction from invoice may be taken for damaged claims.
Refused Shipments Any refused shipment does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. And the customers are responsible for all freight charges associated with the shipment. Any customers whoever refuse the shipment will leave a bad record in our system.
International Sample Order We offer sample shipments to foreign countries by UPS, Federal Express, DHL, Speed Post, Ocean Freight, and Air Freight, etc... All orders must be pre-paid. Payment should be wire transferred to our bank account. We will provide detail wire transfer information once receipt of your order. There are no COD or billing service available. All shipping and handling charges must be pre-paid. The price we quote is based on F.O.B Brazil.
Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, eyeBrazil International Trading Co. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
